1. Preliminary preparation work
Engineering configuration is operated at the engineer station. Before conducting engineering configuration, necessary tools and data must be available, specifically:
Tools: refer to the hardware and software environments used in engineering configuration, usually referring to the configuration of the hardware and software of the engineer station.
Data: refers to the basic data of engineering configuration. Simply put, it refers to engineering system scale data such as engineering database (measurement point list), on-site process control plan, process flowchart, etc.,
2. Establish the target project
Step 1: Start all programs of the engineering control panel ->”HOLLiAS-MACS” ->”Engineering control panel” command
Step 2: After starting the project control for the new project, the “Open Project” dialog box will be automatically loaded
If a project has already been created, you can choose the name of the project you want to edit. Otherwise, click “New Project” on the main control interface or start the “New Project Wizard”.
Step 3: Add an operation station
Step 4: Add Control Station
Station number: Click the plus or minus button next to the station number, or enter directly to modify the control station station number. The station number range of the control station is marked above.
Controller Model: Click the down arrow and select the controller model you want to add.
SM220/SM221, supports SM series hardware and FM series hardware;
FM820/FM821, only supports FM series hardware;
K-CU01/K-CU02, only supports K-series hardware.
Click the “Create Project” button to create a new project according to the configuration information set above.
Step 5: User Configuration of the Operation Station
After confirming the engineering management information, the “Operation Station User Configuration” window will be displayed. Taking AAAA as the username, set it as engineer permission with password AAAA. Click the “Add” button to add the user to the “Added Users” list.
Step 6: Historical Station Configuration
The “Historical Station Configuration” window is displayed as shown in the following figure, where “Historical Station A” and “Historical Station B” are assigned to the corresponding operation stations. The default values are Operation Station 80 (Node_80) and Operation Station 81 (Node_81). Click the dropdown arrow to select another operation station.
